Breakfast at B&B "La Fornace di Racciano" is prepared with passion, attention to details, fine-quality natural and local products. Cristiano, the owner, loves to repeat: "a good beginning makes a good ending!" He personally prepares breakfast with expert hands and great passion, dressing a rich buffet with sweet and savoury local specialties.

Every morning, from 8.30 to 10.30, the intense aroma of real Italian Espresso pervades the renovated barn where breakfast is served. Here guests can choose among croissants, home-made cakes, fresh bread, jam, local honey, Nutella, different types of cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit in season, peaches in syrup, ham, salami, cheese, local extra-virgin olive oil, American coffee, cappuccino, chocolate, milk, and tea.
